The use of Personal Firewall software such as Norton Internet Security, Norton Personal Firewall and others like them can interfere with your access to this site, as well as any other site that uses password protection. It seems that these programs restrict your browser’s ability to store authentication information (username:password), which is necessary in order to gain access to and navigate password protected websites.

If you are using this type of software, you will need to configure your settings so that they allow your browser to store this information, or disable the software whilst you are surfing our password protected areas. Please note that it is impossible for us to correct a problem that originates on the client side with a server side solution.

If you report to us that your password is not working, we will test to be sure that it is working correctly and advise you accordingly. We are unable to provide specific solutions, other than for you to check your settings and/or disable the firewall software.
