We recognize that mistakes can happen, and we are committed to providing an appeals process for anyone depicted in the content who believes their consent was not given or is void under applicable law.
 
Appeal Process:
 
1. Notification: Any individual depicted in the content who believes their consent was not given or is void under applicable law can submit a formal appeal. The appeal must be submitted in writing to our designated appeal contact below, clearly stating the reasons for the appeal and providing sufficient evidence to support their claim.

2. Investigation: Upon receipt of the appeal, we will initiate a prompt and thorough investigation. We will review all available evidence and may request additional information from the appellant if necessary. The investigation will be carried out by impartial personnel who are knowledgeable about relevant laws and industry standards.
 
3. Confidentiality: We understand the sensitive nature of these appeals and will treat all information provided with strict confidentiality. Only authorized personnel directly involved in the investigation will have access to the information, and it will not be shared with any third parties without the express consent of the appellant, unless required by law.
 
4. Decision and Content Removal: Following the completion of the investigation, a decision will be made based on the evidence collected and applicable laws. If the investigation determines that consent was not given or is void under applicable law, we will promptly remove the content in question from our platform.
 
5. Communication: We will communicate the decision to the appellant in writing, providing clear reasons for the decision and any necessary steps that will be taken. If the decision is in favor of the appellant, we will remove the content within a reasonable timeframe. If the decision is not in favor of the appellant, we will provide a detailed explanation for the decision.
 
6. Further Review: In the event that the appellant disagrees with the decision, they may request a further review by providing new evidence or clarifying existing evidence within a specified timeframe. The further review will be conducted by a different set of impartial personnel.
 
7. Periodic Review: We will regularly review and update our appeal policy to ensure it remains in line with evolving legal standards and industry best practices.
